An established Cape Town-based agency is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our client campaigns and drive measurable results. You will oversee multi-channel marketing strategies including SEO, paid media, social media, and email marketing for a portfolio of exciting South African brands.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients
Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns
Oversee SEO strategy including technical audits, content planning, and link building
Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools
Lead a team of 3 digital marketing specialists
Present monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients
Requirements
4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably agency-side
Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certified
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics 4
Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding R500,000/month
Excellent communication and client management skills
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Google Analytics certification required.
