Site Management & Supervision

  • Supervise subcontractors and direct labour across multiple work fronts by allocating daily tasks, monitoring productivity and workmanship, conducting regular toolbox talks, and addressing any performance or conduct issues immediately and decisively on site.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to verify that all work conforms to engineering drawings, architectural specifications, and approved method statements, identifying and documenting any deviations or non-conformances for rectification within agreed timeframes.
  • Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities including setting out, earthworks, concrete pours, steel fixing, bricklaying, and finishing trades, ensuring every phase progresses according to the approved programme and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage the delivery, storage, and distribution of construction materials to site including aggregates, cement, reinforcing steel, and formwork, ensuring correct quantities and specifications arrive on time to avoid costly programme delays.
