Program Manager

The purpose of this Program Manager role is to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and acceptance criteria through and define project scope.

• Manage relationships with project stakeholders including clients, sponsors, team members, and vendors, ensuring clear communication.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholder groups.
• Manage project changes through a formal change control process, assessing impact on scope, schedule, and budget before approval.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, maintaining registers and implementing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using project management software, identifying critical path activities and tracking progress.

• Strong understanding of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies with ability to apply the appropriate approach.
• A minimum of five to seven years of experience in managing projects of increasing complexity in the relevant industry sector.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and direct cross-functional project teams.
• A recognised project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or CAPM from an accredited certification body.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with ability to make sound judgements under pressure.
