Responsibilities
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and acceptance criteria through quality assurance and quality control processes.
  • Estimate and manage project budgets and resources, tracking actual expenditure against forecasts and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage project changes through a formal change control process, assessing impact on scope, schedule, and budget before approval.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholder groups.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules using project management software, identifying critical path activities and tracking progress.
  • Conduct project closure activities including lessons learned sessions, final reporting, and handover of deliverables to operations.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies with ability to apply the appropriate approach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong financial acumen including experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for projects.
  • A bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field from a recognised institution.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and direct cross-functional project teams.
  • A minimum of five to seven years of experience in managing projects of increasing complexity in the relevant industry sector.
Qualifications
