Project Manager

The purpose of this Project Manager role is to conduct project closure activities and identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, maintaining registers.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders and develop comprehensive project charters and plans.
• Manage project changes through a formal change control process, assessing impact on scope, schedule, and budget before approval.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and acceptance criteria through quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Manage relationships with project stakeholders including clients, sponsors, team members, and vendors, ensuring clear communication.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using project management software, identifying critical path activities and tracking progress.
• Conduct project closure activities including lessons learned sessions, final reporting, and handover of deliverables to operations.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, maintaining registers and implementing mitigation and contingency plans.

• Strong understanding of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies with ability to apply the appropriate approach.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and direct cross-functional project teams.
• A recognised project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or CAPM from an accredited certification body.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Monday.com for planning and tracking.
• Strong financial acumen including experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for projects.
