Project Manager

To facilitate regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports and lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives, a company in Lephalale, Limpopo is seeking a Project Manager.

• Facilitate regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholder groups.
• Manage relationships with project stakeholders including clients, sponsors, team members, and vendors, ensuring clear communication.
• Estimate and manage project budgets and resources, tracking actual expenditure against forecasts and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and acceptance criteria through quality assurance and quality control processes.

• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Monday.com for planning and tracking.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with ability to make sound judgements under pressure.
• A minimum of five to seven years of experience in managing projects of increasing complexity in the relevant industry sector.
• Strong understanding of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies with ability to apply the appropriate approach.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
