The Project Manager will facilitate regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports, lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives and identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, maintaining registers.

• Estimate and manage project budgets and resources, tracking actual expenditure against forecasts and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and acceptance criteria through quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholder groups.
• Conduct project closure activities including lessons learned sessions, final reporting, and handover of deliverables to operations.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using project management software, identifying critical path activities and tracking progress.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Monday.com for planning and tracking.
• A minimum of five to seven years of experience in managing projects of increasing complexity in the relevant industry sector.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and direct cross-functional project teams.
• A bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Strong financial acumen including experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for projects.
