• Monitor and maintain equipment and vehicles used for tours and activities, ensuring they are clean, serviced, and roadworthy.
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries, invoices, travel vouchers, and pre-departure information packs for clients.
• Promote and sell additional services and products to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
• Conduct game drives and nature walks, interpreting wildlife behaviour, ecology, and conservation issues for guests.
• Process travel bookings including flights, hotels, car hire, and tours using booking systems and supplier websites.

• Strong knowledge of South African geography, tourist attractions, and the local tourism product.
• A diploma or degree in tourism management, hospitality, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office applications for reservations and administrative tasks.
• Outstanding customer service orientation with the ability to create memorable experiences for diverse international guests.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends, public holidays, and evenings as tourism is a 24/7 industry.
