Project Manager

The Project Manager will develop and manage detailed project schedules using project management software, estimate and manage project budgets and manage project changes through a formal change control process.

• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Estimate and manage project budgets and resources, tracking actual expenditure against forecasts and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and acceptance criteria through quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Manage project changes through a formal change control process, assessing impact on scope, schedule, and budget before approval.
• Manage relationships with project stakeholders including clients, sponsors, team members, and vendors, ensuring clear communication.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using project management software, identifying critical path activities and tracking progress.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with ability to make sound judgements under pressure.
• Strong financial acumen including experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for projects.
• Strong understanding of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies with ability to apply the appropriate approach.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Monday.com for planning and tracking.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and direct cross-functional project teams.
• A recognised project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or CAPM from an accredited certification body.
• A bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field from a recognised institution.
